The appliance checking fee is RM50. This covers checking the problem; the repair cost depends on the fault and any parts needed. Repair options are explained after checking.

You can mark your enquiry as urgent and describe the problem. Appointment availability and timing need to be confirmed with the team before a visit is arranged.
